They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Head of Primary to support the leadership and management of the Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Primary to drive high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 5 years teaching experience, with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge or British curriculum
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to support and improve teaching and learning
