Job Description: § Lead Syria retail operations, commercial strategy, and business growth for women’s fashion brands. § Oversee sales, marketing, retail operations, HR, logistics, and financial performance across Syria stores. § Drive store expansion, customer experience initiatives, partnerships, and market penetration strategies. § Manage P&L, operational efficiency, and high-performing retail teams while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Qualifications: § Open to Male Syrian aged 45 years and below, holding Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field. § Minimum 5 years of leadership role within GCC women’s fashion retail brands. § Strong expertise in the GCC retail market with a proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement. § Effective leader with strong negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills.
