Role Overview
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Coordinator supports the optimization of the pharmaceutical sales organization by managing sales performance reporting, targeting, incentives, CRM coordination, and analytical insights. The role ensures effective execution of sales strategies while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards
- Track KPIs including sales vs target, call activity, coverage, and productivity
- Support physician and account targeting and segmentation
- Assist with territory alignment and deployment initiatives
- Coordinate sales incentive calculations and validations
- Act as CRM system coordinator (Veeva CRM / Salesforce)
- Support call planning and field force activity optimization
- Provide analytical support for launches and brand reviews
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and pharmaceutical regulations
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in SFE, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
