Roles & Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.

Execute the company s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in Kuwait to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.

Lead expansion in new markets within Kuwait by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.

Use your existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for our partners and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)

Transferable book of business desirable.

Ability to execute and plan in tandem

Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude

Outstanding problem-solving skills

Strong decision-making capabilities

Highly self-motivated and self-driven

Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English

Able to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial goals
