Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems

• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and security

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate technology into teaching and operations

• Train and guide users on effective use of digital tools and platforms

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards

Requirements:

• A Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience in IT support and systems administration

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) to effectively support diverse users

• A passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning and organizational efficiency
