We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials and equipment to support our construction projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP materials and equipment. - Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, price, and delivery timelines. - Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to understand procurement needs and timelines. - Track shipments and manage supply chain logistics to prevent project delays. - Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues or disputes. - Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. - Stay updated on market trends, new products, and alternative materials to optimize procurement processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in MEP procurement within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials and market standards. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines. - Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Knowledge of Kuwait local market and regulations is an advantage.
