Job description

1- Strategic Planning & Projects 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan and long-term strategy for all property assets.
  • Conduct a comprehensive property inspection and create a detailed asset inventory.   

2- Contract & Financial Oversight

  • Review and discuss terms and conditions for service contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and quotations to secure the best value, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality service delivery and service continuity.     

3- Team Management

  • Assign and define clear roles, responsibilities, and resource allocation for the maintenance team.
  • Manage maintenance team to provide direction and oversight for all related work.

4- Contractor Management

  • Supervise and assign maintenance tasks in strict compliance with Operations & Maintenance contracts, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure uninterrupted property operations and high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor work quality and conduct formal monthly evaluations of contractor performance.
  • Enhance the performance, skills, and experience of the maintenance team through training, coaching, and process improvement.  

5- Budget & Inventory Control

  • Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and inventory.

6- Tenant Fit out Management / Delivery 

  • Supervise tenant fits out MEP works ensure utility connections and review design drawings for compliance and perform regular and final inspections with detailed reports.

7- Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure all maintenance requests from tenants are resolved promptly and efficiently.

8- Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce general safety and fire prevention regulations across the premises and promote safe working habits among all staff, contractors, visitors and tenants. 

Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering similar

Experience:

  • At least 7 – 10 years’ experience in the similar field

Language:

  • Fluency in English & Arabic
