Experience in IT daily operations both hardware and software, and security support (e.g. software updates, virus/malware protection

and back-ups).


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


Experience:


  • 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in IT support or a similar technical role, preferably in a corporate environment.


Technical Skills


  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems and office software.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of system.
  • Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all kinds of printers.
  • Experience with setting up and troubleshooting networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with back up solutions and disaster recovery planning.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and anti-virus software.


Soft Skills


  • Excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation and patience.
