• Conduct comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) audits, including site assessments, impact assessments, and treatability studies.
• Monitor and evaluate workplace environmental parameters, including noise, thermal stress (heat/cold), dust, and exposure to toxic, flammable, radioactive, chemical, and biological hazards.
• Assess cardiovascular risk factors, ergonomics, and human factor engineering within occupational settings.
• Perform microbial investigations and indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments.
• Execute and act upon Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) findings to improve workplace safety.
• Conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and Environmental Health Impact Assessments (EHIA).
• Manage and oversee public health programs within occupational and community settings.
• Lead epidemiological surveillance, field studies, and statistical data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct occupational hygiene surveys and develop detailed reports and improvement programs.
• Drive strategic planning and resource development initiatives for occupational health systems.
• Provide training, teaching, and mentorship on compliance with occupational health laws and regulations in Kuwait.
• Lead the development of Occupational Health Risk Registers and integrate them with company medical center systems.

Skills

• Master’s degree in medicine, specialized in community medicine or Psychology or Occupational Medicine
• Minimum 15 years of experience in same role 
• Shall have valid certification in occupational health or Industrial Hygiene such as (CIH, ROH, or NEBOSH Diploma)
• Shall be conversant with relevant National and International regulation, codes and standards. OHSAS 18001, ILO, Kuwait Labor Law, ISO 14001 etc.
• Computer skills for Data Management
