The Creative Office (In-House Photographer & Videographer) is responsible for the design, set-up, production, and execution of all SocialEats Hospitality Group marketing-related photography and short-form video content. The role ensures that each brand’s visual identity is projected professionally, upholding the Group’s standards through best practices in food, beverage, and lifestyle documentation. The job-holder must remain current with photography and video trends (specifically relating to F&B and social media) to suggest innovative methods for obtaining high-impact, "craveable" content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Lead the photography and videography needs for all the company' business units and concepts.
- Trend Analysis: Research photography and video market trends specifically for the food, beverage, and restaurant sectors.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain an organized portfolio of creative ideas and a comprehensive company archive of all past photo and video shoots.
- Conceptual Development: Present a range of innovative visual ideas to the Creative Lead and Senior Marketing Manager to meet specific campaign needs.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure the smooth production of marketing tools.
- Project Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all ongoing projects and unreleased brand concepts.
- Timeline Management: Ensure all filming and photography schedules are met and assets are delivered before campaign deadlines.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that appropriate disclaimers and model releases are signed by all parties involved in any company shoot.
- Intellectual Property: Guarantee that all submitted work is original, non-plagiarized, and recognized as the exclusive intellectual property of SocialEats.
- Media Governance: Ensure no images or videos are printed, posted, or shared on personal or public channels without the explicit approval of the Creative Lead.
- Content Adaptation: Create and edit specialized video contents, optimized for social media engagement and delivery aggregator platforms.
