We are seeking a professional and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office and salon operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, assist management, and support both staff and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office and salon operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office documents.
- Coordinate with staff regarding schedules and operational needs.
- Support customer service and ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license and car.
