About the Role
We are building a structured movement and nervous system center, and we are looking for a Media & Marketing Specialist who can help us grow, generate leads, and build a strong digital presence.
This role is not just content creation.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating content
- Generating leads
- Supporting business growth
You will also work alongside a media & marketing company, with the goal of learning, improving, and eventually building an internal marketing system.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Media
- Create high-quality photo and video content (reels, stories, posts)
- Edit videos for social media (Instagram focus)
- Maintain consistent visual identity and branding
Lead Generation & Marketing
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads
- Support conversion from leads to bookings
Email & CRM
- Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Build email sequences (promotions, follow-ups, campaigns)
- Organize and track leads through CRM systems
Collaboration
- Work closely with the internal team and external marketing agency
- Learn systems and help implement them internally
- Continuously improve marketing processes
