Job Details

To manage/direct all the maintenance & services activities pertaining to the Residential sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct and manage all maintenance activities for residential HVAC systems (private buildings, villas, etc.), including warranty, contract, and cash-call services.


2. Supervise and coordinate staff and service teams according to scheduled warranty maintenance and daily customer complaints.


3. Implement cost center objectives and development plans to ensure performance standards and productivity targets are achieved, fostering a high-performance culture.


4. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Department Manager on maintenance visits, spare parts utilization, and revenue.


5. Assist the Department Manager in preparing the unit’s budget and rolling material forecast schedules.


6. Ensure optimal performance of inbound call center teams through effective shift planning.


7. Ensure high performance of inbound service teams via proper shift planning and task allocation.


8. Maintain maximum service quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.


9. Optimize daily operations and reduce operational costs by minimizing revisits, rework, and warranty complaints.


10. Increase high-value commercial and residential contracts by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in the residential A/C market.


11. Identify corrective and preventive actions, follow up on implementation, and enhance operations to improve customer satisfaction.




Skills

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE LEVEL


- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with minimum 4 Years of relevant experience As HVAC Maintenance Engineer.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
