The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems across all power and water–related construction activities. This role ensures that all engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational works comply with project specifications, international standards, local regulations, and client requirements. The QA/QC Manager leads all quality audits, inspections, NCR management, and quality documentation for the successful delivery of complex power generation, water treatment, desalination, pipelines, and transmission projects.
Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
- 18+ years of total experience, with at least 7–10 years in power and water projects (power plants, substations, desalination plants, pumping stations, HV transmission, pipelines).
- Strong background in EPC, heavy civil, mechanical, electrical, or multi-disciplinary mega projects.
- Experience working with international consultants and utility clients.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes for power and water infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Strong technical reporting, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Excellent understanding of HSE requirements and interface with quality processes.
