We are seeking an experienced and organized warehouse manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse supporting our fitness facilities and equipment distribution. The ideal candidate will manage inventory of gym equipment, fitness accessories, retail merchandise, and operational supplies while ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution to our clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of fitness equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory of gym equipment, spare parts, retail merchandise, and club operational items.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and stock tracking.
- Coordinate deliveries to fitness clubs, retail outlets, or clients.
- Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of heavy fitness equipment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices.
- Manage vendor deliveries and logistics documentation.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in fitness equipment, sports goods, retail, or related industries.
- Experience handling large equipment or bulky inventory is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
