Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (جامعي / بكالوريوس) or equivalent. Valid nursing license to practice in Kuwait.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; recent graduates with internship or residency experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology; familiarity with Kuwait healthcare regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, professional ethics, and teamwork.
