- Receiving, reviewing, logging, and filing technical documents, and correspondence.
- Distributing documents to project teams, subcontractors, and clients, and managing transmittals.
- Producing reports on document status, outstanding items, and revision updates.
- Archiving: Maintaining both physical and digital project files and archiving outdated documents.
- Manages, organizes, and distributes project documents.
- Track the status of documents and drawings for timely review and approval.
- Protect sensitive information and ensure document integrity.
- Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with Projects, Department required by operation to ensure smooth document flow.
- Other responsibilities related as required.
Skills
- Expert in document management systems, tracking submissions/transmittals, maintaining revision control, and achieving documentation.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in logging and reviewing documents.
- Ability to manage large volumes of files and maintain strict filing standards.
Qualifications
· 2 to 5 years of experience as document controller in Facilities Management, Oil & Gas, or any related technical project.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any related field, or diploma
