Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. The role involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency


  •  Analyse financial data, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to gather and interpret data.
  • Develop financial models and assist in evaluating business initiatives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
