Responsibilities:

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry developments, using insights to adapt sales approaches and improve product offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our generators to potential customers.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the sales process.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in generators or power solutions.

Strong knowledge of diesel generators, power systems, and related equipment.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects.

Good understanding of the local market and project sales.

Valid driving license.
