Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager (Partnerships)

Location: [City/Remote/Hybrid]

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our partnership initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our strategic partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and executing joint marketing campaigns that drive mutual growth. Key Responsibilities


· Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partners to expand market reach and revenue streams.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans specifically tailored for partnership channels to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

· Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

· Co-Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint marketing initiatives (webinars, events, content) that generate leads for both parties.

· Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities and refine sales messaging.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership sales and marketing activities.

The ability to identify, vet, and secure partners that align with business goals. This involves market research, understanding mutual value propositions, and negotiating terms that benefit both parties.


2. Sales & Revenue Acumen

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You need to be skilled in consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing deals, specifically within a partner ecosystem (rather than just direct-to-consumer sales).


3. Relationship Management & Networking

Partnerships live or die based on trust. You must possess high emotional intelligence (EQ) to maintain long-term relationships, navigate different corporate cultures, and act as a reliable liaison between your company and external stakeholders.


4. Marketing Strategy & Co-Marketing Execution

Understanding how to leverage marketing channels (email, events, content) to generate leads with partners. You need to be able to plan joint campaigns, coordinate with marketing teams, and track the ROI of shared initiatives.


5. Cross-Functional Project Management

The ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams (internal and external). You must be highly organized, capable of managing timelines, and skilled at coordinating resources to ensure partnership initiatives launch successfully.
