Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mandoob (PRO) to manage and process all government-related online transactions for our clients and internal company requirements. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Kuwait’s e-government systems and capable of handling processes efficiently, accurately, and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all online government-related services including but not limited to:
- Residency issuance, renewal, cancellation, and transfer
- Increasing residency quota / manpower approvals
- Work permit processing and amendments
- Company establishment and license issuance
- Commercial license renewal and modifications
- Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI) transactions
- Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) services
- Immigration (Jawazat) online applications
- Civil ID related services coordination
- Ministry of Finance NOC applications
- Municipality approvals and updates
- Chamber of Commerce documentation
- Managing Sahel, Ashal, Kuwait Business Center, and other e-portals
- Following up on approvals, rejections, and compliance requirements
- Maintaining proper documentation and transaction records
- Coordinating with company management for status updates

Skills
Requirements
- Nationality: Arab National (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant PRO / Mandoob experience in Kuwait
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait government portals and procedures
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Familiar with online submission systems and documentation requirements
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
