Job Details

 



  1. Coordinate execution of the marketing plan in accordance to the budget.

  2. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities including samples of work done, costs, achievements, competitive activity and measurement of results.

  3. Proactively give feedback to the Marketing Manager on tenant issues to help fine tune the tenant relationship program.




  4. Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the implementation of the marketing plan including the Centre Manager and the Centre Management team.




  5. Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing plan, namely events and activities in the MALL.




  6. Work closely across Departments to assist the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing projects and programs.




  7. Generate post events/activities report, clearly demonstrating results. 




  8. Generate a monthly report for the Marketing activities, to be reviewed by the Marketing manager and shared with GM - Property.




  9. Be part of creative briefing, review and give feedback on creative that will work well digitally




  10. Develop media strategies and plans for digital domination of the centres and to push forward the positioning of the centre




  11. Perform other related duties as and when assigned by the Marketing Manager – Property and the GM -Property.



Skills


  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, retail, hospitality or communications


  3. Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 



  4. Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development of self and team
