We are currently expanding our field onboarding team for a structured digital initiative aimed at enhancing business visibility and professional online positioning across Kuwait.
This is a project-based field assignment focused on onboarding businesses within a defined campaign period. It is ideal for confident, presentable, and performance-driven individuals who are comfortable meeting business owners directly.

The Role
As a Business Onboarding Executive, you will meet business owners across assigned areas and introduce them to a structured digital visibility platform.
Your responsibility is to:
- Educate business owners about structured online positioning
- Identify visibility gaps and explain value clearly
- Guide businesses through the onboarding process
- Collect accurate business details and documentation
- Achieve daily onboarding targets
This is a field-based, target-oriented assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses within assigned territories
- Conduct structured onboarding conversations
- Present digital visibility solutions professionally
- Handle objections calmly and confidently
- Collect required business information accurately
- Submit daily onboarding reports
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
- Coordinate with internal verification team
- Meet or exceed daily onboarding targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred Writing & Speaking)
- Are confident speaking with business owners
- Maintain professional appearance
- Are target-driven and disciplined
- Can handle rejection positively
- Are comfortable with field movement
- Are available for an intensive short-term campaign assignment
Previous field experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation Structure
We provide a balanced earning model designed to reward performance.

Fixed monthly base support for the project duration.

✅ Performance-Based Commission Structure
- A minimum daily onboarding target will be assigned.
- Commission eligibility begins once the minimum daily target is achieved.
- Every additional business onboarded beyond the daily target earns attractive commission.
- Extra incentives for consistent high performance throughout the campaign period.
Structured Training Program (3–4 Days)
All selected candidates will complete mandatory training before field deployment.
