Job Summary:
The Project Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily operational and administrative activities, ensuring efficient coordination between management, project teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily project and office operations
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
• Support operational logistics and project coordination
• Handle client communication and follow-ups
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid Kuwaiti residency
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years experience in operations, coordination, or administration
Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is a plus
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under deadlines
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
