Job Details

  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Register, track, and distribute documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, letters, contracts, etc.).
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed (electronic and hard copy).
  • Maintain updated document logs and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding document submissions.
  • Ensure documents are approved and updated as per revision control procedures.
  • Prepare transmittals for document submissions.
  • Archive completed project documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company records.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements when needed.


Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Document Controller (preferably in MEP / Construction / Facilities Management).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
