Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & Permit Support Officer to provide administrative support and assist in permit coordination related to oil & gas operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
- Prepare official letters and permit-related correspondence.
- Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of KOC, JO, and KNPC permits.
- Track permit validity and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents.
- Assist in meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Provide direct support to the Manager on permit-related activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative or permit-related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good English communication skills.
- Oil & Gas experience is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
- Candidate must be based in Kuwait and hold a transferable Visa 18.
