About Us:

We are a premium health and fitness club committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences through world-class facilities, innovative programs, and outstanding member service. As part of our expansion and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver key projects across operations, facilities, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects related to club operations, facilities development, fitness programs, and member services.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, scope, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, fitness, marketing, HR, finance) and external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management.
  • Oversee fit-out, renovation, equipment installation, and new service launches.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in health & fitness, hospitality, leisure, or retail environments.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
