Reservation AgentWe are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservation Agent to support the hotel’s reservations function by delivering accurate, efficient, and professional booking services. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong communication skills and experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment.

As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests and partners, ensuring reservations are handled accurately while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining brand service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling room reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing new reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately within the property management system.
- Providing clear information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue and conversion.
- Ensuring all reservation details, special requests, and guest preferences are recorded correctly.
- Coordinating with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure booking accuracy and availability.
- Responding professionally to guest inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and market conditions.
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards, data privacy, and reservation SOPs.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or Reservations Executive, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar systems will be an advantage).
- Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
