Install, calibrate, and maintain laboratory/medical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure reliable test results.
- Support IQ/OQ or validation activities for instruments as required by OEM and customers.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, including user training on proper operation and basic maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and quality requirements
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience servicing laboratory or medical equipment; experience with microbiology diagnostic analyzers is a strong advantage.
- Solid skills in troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude; ability to work independently in the field.
