We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple locations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for:
• Coffee machines and barista equipment
• Kitchen and food-service equipment
• Electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across all locations and prioritize urgent issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts records.
• Support vendors and external service providers when required.

Skills

• Proven experience in the maintenance of coffee machines, kitchen equipment, and facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead technician role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• A valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Availability to respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
