We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Flower Purchasing & Air Freight Specialist, with strong hands-on expertise in clock buying from Royal FloraHolland and solid operational knowledge of air freight logistics.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in purchasing flowers through Dutch auctions (clock buying).
• Strong background in air freight operations, including:
• Coordination with airlines and freight forwarders
• Chargeable weight calculations (actual vs volumetric)
• Booking management, documentation, and shipment follow-up
• Deep understanding of flower pricing, seasons, grades, and supplier management.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure the best quality at competitive prices.
• Experience planning weekly shipments aligned with sales demand.
• Familiarity with digital auction and purchasing systems.
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).

• Execute daily flower purchases via auction clocks.
• Select varieties based on quality, price, and market demand.
• Manage end-to-end air freight shipments from purchase to arrival.
• Coordinate with farms, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports.
• Continuously optimize margins through smart buying and freight cost control.

• يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (الهولندية ميزة إضافية).

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن المشتريات والتكاليف.
• العمل على تحسين هوامش الربح عبر الشراء الذكي وتقليل تكلفة الشحن.
