Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and supportive Fitness Instructor to work in a small, friendly gym with a predominantly female client base. This role suits someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, non-intimidating training environment and motivating members of all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes (strength, toning, cardio, functional training)
- Assist members with correct exercise technique and safe training practices
- Design simple, effective workouts tailored to individual goals
- Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere on the gym floor
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the gym space
- Build strong rapport with members and support their fitness journeys
Requirements:
- Qualified Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer certification
- Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
- Experience working with female or beginner-focused clients preferred
- Passion for health, wellness, and empowerment
- Reliable and professional
