Role Overview

We’re hiring a friendly, professional Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll engage customers, drive sales, manage merchandising, and help maintain a neat, attractive shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; provide product advice and styling recommendations
• Meet individual and store sales targets; upsell and promote offers
• Process transactions (cash/card), handle returns/exchanges
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and visual displays
• Keep the shop clean and organized; assist with inventory counts
• Support store opening/closing and occasional weekend shifts
• Provide excellent after-sales service and build customer relationships

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years retail/sales experience (fashion or related preferred)
• Strong Arabic and good English communication skills
• Confident, presentable, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Basic POS experience and numeracy
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Valid residency/work permit for Kuwait
