Job Purpose
Responsible for assisting in the management of the restaurants, ensuring that all stores operate effectively and maximizing Customer satisfaction levels for all the company’s customers as per MNH predefined standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy Formulation
- Assist in the development of the F&B Division’s strategy aligning with the company’s business plan and ensuring that staff has the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
Budget & Control
- Assist in the development of the F&B Division’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Policies & Procedures
- Provide recommendations and Implement the F&B Division’s established policies and the set procedures in order to achieve the Division’s objectives.
Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of the F&B Division’s restaurant staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained.
- Evaluate competition by visiting competitors’ restaurants, and gather information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
- Attract customers by originating display ideas, following display suggestions or schedules, constructing, or assembling prefabricated display properties, and producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.
- Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment by complying with the Health and Safety standards, developing and publishing evacuation routes, and determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
- Complete restaurant administration and ensure compliance with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in the store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
- Help the Restaurant Manager in identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed.
- Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are always correct and in line with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures standards.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/ Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the F&B Industry
