SUMMARY



We are seeking an Experienced Financial Analyst to join our Financial Advisory practice in Kuwait. The role involves leading multiple client engagements, with a strong focus on SMEs, and corporate clients. The Experienced Financial Analyst will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial advisory services in line with local regulatory, banking, and market practices.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Lead and manage multiple financial advisory engagements

  • Preparing business plans, feasibility studies, loan proposals and valuation reports

  • Reviewing due diligence reports and evaluating business plans

  • Conducting market research and gathering financial and non-financial data

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and scenario modeling

  • Building and developing financial models and projection, relating to feasibility studies, business plans and business valuations.

  • Oversee daily activities of assigned engagements within the Financial Advisory department

  • Ensure engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability of engagements

  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed scope

  • Translate market insights into practical recommendations for clients

  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients

  • Writing, editing reports relating to feasibility studies, business plans, and valuation reports.

  • Advanced writing skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:




  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • Professional Qualification (CFA) is a plus

  • Experience with SME (Small-Medium Enterprises) is a plus

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modelling, advanced formulas)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:




  • Fluent in English

  • Arabic is preferable
