We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Cluster Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize procurement operations across multiple hotel properties. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capability, deep market knowledge, and proven experience within five-star and luxury hospitality environments.


A strategic view of your role:
As Cluster Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply across all assigned properties—while aligning with brand standards, financial controls, and ethical sourcing practices.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading and managing purchasing operations across the cluster, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best-in-class procurement practices.


  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost optimization without compromising quality or service standards.


  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements with approved suppliers and vendors.


  • Ensuring timely procurement of all operational requirements including F&B, OS&E, FF&E, Engineering, and General Supplies.


  • Working closely with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and savings initiatives.


  • Maintaining approved supplier lists and ensuring adherence to brand procurement policies and ethical standards.


  • Monitoring inventory levels, consumption trends, and stock valuation to prevent shortages or overstocking.


  • Ensuring full compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and documentation standards.


  • Leading, coaching, and developing Purchasing teams across the cluster.


  • Collaborating closely with Executive Chefs, Engineers, Housekeeping, and Operations leaders to align procurement with operational needs.


  • Staying informed on market trends, supplier performance, and product innovation to support operational excellence.


What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience as a Cluster Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Manager, or Procurement Head within five-star or luxury hotel environments.


  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and value optimization.


  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management.


  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor relationship management skills.


  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-property teams.


  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language will be a strong advantage.


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.


  • Relevant qualifications in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
