Managing all costs related to construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and to the required standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Work with project teams to plan cost-effective procurement.
- Conduct site visits and report on progress and contract compliance.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and cost submissions.
