Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Stock Brokers for an online trading platform serving both the Kuwait and US markets. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in trading, brokerage, and investment advisory, holding a CMA license and fluent in English and Arabic. The role involves executing trades, analyzing market trends, managing financial transactions, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades efficiently and accurately across Kuwait and US markets.
• Analyze financial markets, identify investment opportunities, and provide informed recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and stay updated on global financial developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trading strategies and client services.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock trading
• CMA License required.
• Proficiency in trading and brokerage activities.
• Strong understanding of investment and financial principles.
• Experience and expertise in stockbroking; FX trading experience is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Kuwait CMA rules, regulations, and fundamentals for international investments.
• CISI examinations passed is a plus.
