Role Overview: As the Marketing & PR Officer, you will be the "voice" and "face" of the medical center. Your goal is to build a strong brand presence in Kuwait, attract new patients, and maintain a positive reputation through creative storytelling, digital engagement, and community outreach.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and write engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), the website, and printed brochures. This includes patient success stories, doctor spotlights, and health tips.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the center's social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and run targeted digital campaigns to promote specific treatments or monthly offers.
- Brand Reputation: Act as the primary contact for media inquiries. Ensure the medical center’s image remains professional and positive across all public platforms.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute community events, health awareness days, or "open days" at the center to build relationships with potential patients.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of competitors in the Kuwaiti medical market and suggest innovative ways to make the center stand out.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and the sales team to ensure marketing messages align with the actual treatment plans and services offered.
2. Required Skills
- Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with fresh, "outside-the-box" ideas for campaigns and visual content.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English are usually preferred for Kuwait-based roles).
