Responsibilities
•Generate provisional order forms and process system-generated Purchase Orders (FPO/LPO), ensuring timely approval and dispatch to suppliers.
•Coordinate closely with suppliers and cargo partners to accelerate procurement procedures and ensure on-time arrival of goods.
•Update systems with any changes during the procurement and transit cycle.
•Liaise with cargo agents and provide all required documentation for product clearance prior to arrival, including Commercial Registration (CR), MSDS, covering sheets, and product catalogues.
•Manage and control inventory at OAS Stores, including;
- Store supervision
- Material receiving and issuance
- Delivery Order (DO) approval
- Material arrangement, monitoring, and storage optimization
- Physical inventory counts and inspections
•Prepare and maintain monthly stock updates and ageing reports for KM, OE, BM, and OT categories.
•Prepare and process hologram memos.
•Coordinate and align with Stores Operations team to support day-to-day activities and ensure operational efficiency.
