Job Purpose: on increasing the sales and the distribution of the company’s products using effective sales methods. effectively and economically through proper and regular sales routes. Help customers in selling and merchandising the company’s products. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients in the market.
- Sell the products in the geographical area assigned to him.
- Plan daily routes for this area and define the time frame for each sales call & strictly adherence to the sales routes.
- Execute sales calls according to the company’s sales policies and follow up on the collection method.
- Achieve the pre-set sales targets in coordination with his direct line manager.
- Display the company’s products at the customer’s location appropriately and effectively.
- Follow up on the products’ turnover with each customer & provide reports to his direct manager.
- Follow up on the competitor’s marketing, merchandising, promotions, and activities in his area and provide reports to his direct manager.
- Report daily on the activities in his sales zone.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are properly used inside the sales outlets.
- Utilize the provided sales tools, cost-effectively.
- Strictly abides by the departmental policies and follows instructions and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Keeps vehicles and work environment clean and tidy to comply with health and safety standards.
- Manages customer relationships to ensure the protection of critical accounts.
Skills
- Qualifications: Age preferred not to exceed 35 years.preferable holders of a High School or higher-level education.
- 1 to 5 years’ experience as a sales representative in the FMCG field.
- Heavy driving licenses is a MUST.
