Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer Sales Specialist, located in Rai. The Designer Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their design needs, offer expert advice, and design customized interior solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, creating design concepts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with clients to ensure project satisfaction. The role requires an effective balance of design expertise and sales acumen. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Experience in Interior Design, with expertise in creating visually appealing and functional spaces Proficiency in Sales and the ability to effectively close deals while maintaining client relationships Knowledge of Kitchen & Bath Design as a specialized focus in interior design is highly desirable Proven ability to understand client requirements and deliver creative and practical design solutions Knowledge of the local market trends and a strong sense of industry trends is an advantage Degree or professional certification in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
