We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Hawali, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

  1. Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations.
  2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
  3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to inform inventory and marketing strategies.
  11. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong sales abilities.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  13. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  15. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  16. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  17. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
  18. Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  19. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
  20. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
