Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in generating new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and initiating contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns and promotions.
  • Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system; prepare regular sales reports.
  • Support after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings as required to represent the company.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's) in any related field; internship-level exposure is acceptable for consideration.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM usage, and data analysis is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities as required.
  • Eligibility to work in Algeria and availability to commence immediately or as agreed.
