Skills

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. 4+ years experience in tendering and cost estimation.
  3. Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations, analytical and financial skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
