Brand Coordinator - Perfumes and Cosmetics

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, retail operations, training, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, product launches, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support retail teams by coordinating store needs related to product availability, visuals, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Work closely with the training team to support product knowledge sessions, training schedules, materials, and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of merchandising standards across all retail locations, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing and merchandising materials to stores and counters.
  • Monitor in-store execution and provide feedback and reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Support stock coordination, including tracking availability, assisting in ordering, and communicating stock-related updates.
  • Maintain and update brand documentation, including product information, visuals, guidelines, presentations, and reports.
  • Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, reports, timelines, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand standards, image, and messaging are consistently implemented across all touchpoints.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in beauty, personal care, retail, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, training, and merchandising teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of beauty retail operations and brand standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
