We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in the fashion and apparel industry in Al Kuwait. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Responsibilities:

  3. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments while adhering to company policies.
  5. Manage inventory levels by restocking merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to management.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal sales skills and product knowledge.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
