Assistant Manager – Leasing & Rentals

The Assistant Manager – Leasing & Rentals will support the overall management of vehicle leasing and rental operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, strong spot rental sales performance, and compliance with company policies and local transport regulations. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational and people management skills. Attractive performance based Incentives


Key Requirements

·       Bilingual (Arabic & English)

·       Valid Kuwait driving license

·       Strong computer literacy (MS Office, fleet management and rental systems preferred). Hands on with leasing software.

·       Good understanding of local transport laws and leasing practices


Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee daily spot rental sales and support revenue generation across leasing and rental operations.

·       Ensure strong awareness and effective management of leasing operations and the rental fleet.

·       Manage and optimize vehicle utilization, availability, and maintenance schedules to maximize operational efficiency.

·       Lead, supervise, and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and service quality.

·       Ensure full compliance with company policies and local transport and regulatory requirements.

·       Monitor and analyze operational and fleet data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

·       Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
