Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage design and project teams across multiple interior architecture projects.

Develop and present creative design concepts aligned with client vision and brand identity.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, and timelines to ensure quality and efficiency.

Review and approve design drawings, material selections, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Uphold company design standards and drive innovation within the team.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

10+ years of experience in interior architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-end commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).

In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
