Job Details

Conducting strategic reviews, evaluating business opportunities and proposals, and preparing high quality
analytical reports and recommendations to support informed decision making and long-term growth. The
role works closely with senior leadership to translate data and insights into clear strategic options and
action plans.
Key responsibilities
•     Lead periodic strategic and operational reviews, analyzing performance, risks, and opportunities
against the company's strategy and KPIs
•     Screen and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments, including financial,
market, and risk analysis.
•     Review internal and external proposals (projects, ventures, partnerships) for strategic fit, business
case robustness, and alignment with organizational priorities.
•     Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, benchmarks, and strategic
insights relevant to the executive team.
•     Develop clear reports, briefing notes, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings,
scenarios, and recommendations.
•     Monitor implementation progress of key strategic initiatives and flag issues, risks, and corrective
actions.
•     Collaborate with business units to validate data, assumptions, and impacts in business cases and
strategic projects.

Skills

Required qualifications
•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; a master's degree or MBA is
an advantage.
•     5-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, corporate planning
or a similar analytical role.
•     Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience evaluating business cases and
market opportunities.
•     Excellent skills in structuring reports and presentations with the ability to distill complex data into
clear narratives and options.
•     Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and data visualization or BI tools.
Strong communication and time management skills, with high integrity.
